All of my recipes are so easy that a 21 year old with absolutely no culinary training can pull them off. As I once heard someone say on Chopped, “I went to the University of Food Network.” I am self taught and I have picked up things here and there from both watching Food Network and more importantly watching my grandma and dad in the kitchen. My recipes are easy, satisfying and inspired by my Italian heritage as well as the flavors of the Lowcountry.
