Cocktail of the Week: The Seasonal Cooler from On Forty One

As you already know, my cocktail of choice is anything featuring tequila, citrus, and maybe some spice thrown in there. Although I love these kinds of drinks, I often get out of that comfort zone, especially when a restaurant is doing something special with their cocktail program. At On Forty One, they make the sodas for their cocktails in house. This gives them the freedom to switch up their drinks and infuse unique flavors. In the case of the Seasonal Cooler, it features their homemade Strawberry Rosemary soda and gin, which is a perfectly refreshing drink to sip on their patio. Cocktail of the Week: “Et Tu, Brute?” from The Gin Joint

If you feel like you’re stuck in a rut of ordering the same drinks when you go out, the master mixologists at the Gin Joint will pull you right out. The Gin Joint parties like it’s 1920 with seasonal, speakeasy-style craft cocktails and bar bites with unique twists. Just looking at the cocktail menu inspired me to order something besides tequila for once, and I’m glad I did.
