As you already know, my cocktail of choice is anything featuring tequila, citrus, and maybe some spice thrown in there. Although I love these kinds of drinks, I often get out of that comfort zone, especially when a restaurant is doing something special with their cocktail program. At On Forty One, they make the sodas for their cocktails in house. This gives them the freedom to switch up their drinks and infuse unique flavors.
